Roger Legtenberg
Roger has over 10 years of experience in the CRO industry in a variety of positions (including project manager, clinical research manager, business unit manager and business development). Following his bachelor's degree in Biomedical Chemistry (in which he specialized in Biochemistry, Toxicology and Molecular Biology), he obtained a Ph.D. in cardiovascular side-effects of a variety of diabetes treatments. During his clinical research positions in the CRO industry he obtained extensive experience in dermatology, CNS, cardiology, rheumatology, internal medicine and diabetology.  Roger is the Chief Executive Officer of PSR.

Anthony Hall
Tony brings to the CRO industry more than 15 years' experience of clinical research. His first industry position was at Boehringer Ingelheim in the UK, where he worked for more than 5 years, followed by Yamanouchi Europe in the Netherlands. Tony has experience both in full international drug development and in national phase IV trials. Tony graduated from King's College London with first class honours in physiology and pharmacology, before going on to train as a physician at the Royal Free Hospital in London. After completing his intern jobs in England he spent 2 years working in Emergency Medicine in New Zealand before returning to England to begin his career in the pharmaceutical industry. Tony is the Chief Medical Officer of PSR.

Christa van Kan
Christa has extensive experience in managing clinical trials (mainly phase II - IV) in a broad range of indications. Her specialism is pulmonology. In addition to her master's degree in biomedical sciences, Christa has gained a postdoc degree in clinical epidemiology. Christa van Kan was the former COO and co-founder of PharmaScope BV. Currently she is Director Clinical Operations of PSR.

Ineke Rijnhout
Ineke is our Chief Business Officer, responsible for building and expandingPSR’s businessglobally, exploring new business opportunities in the market and expanding the company’s services.Ineke brings over 20 years of experience and knowledge in the bio-pharmaceutical industry. She has international commercial experience, strong customer focus, as well as deep clinical operational expertise across a variety of therapeutic classes. She also developed numerous successful strategic relationships.Ineke held a number of senior executive leadership positions in the top ten CROs.
Ineke received her Master Degree in Medical Sciences from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Leiden, the Netherlands. She has certifications from European Venture Capital Association (EVCA) and Pharmaceutical Licensing.
